As the Cannabis Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our cannabis delivery service.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of cannabis products to our customers while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and compliance.
Your primary focus will be on managing a team of delivery drivers, optimizing delivery routes, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of delivery drivers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Develop and maintain delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of cannabis products.
Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Monitor delivery operations and address any issues or concerns that may arise promptly.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to cannabis delivery.
Continuously improve delivery processes and implement best practices to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver logs, and other relevant documentation.
Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve delivery-related issues.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with customers, delivery drivers, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Must be 21

Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to cannabis delivery.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse team of drivers and internal stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using delivery management software and tools.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check in compliance with state regulations.
