Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring accurate stock levels - Receive and inspect incoming shipments of parts and supplies - Maintain organized and efficient storage of parts in the warehouse - Process parts requests from internal departments and external customers - Coordinate with vendors to order necessary parts and negotiate pricing - Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory management - Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track parts usage and maintenance activities - Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders - Assist in the resolution of any parts-related issues or discrepancies Skills:
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal departments and external customers - Familiarity with auto body repair processes and terminology - Proficiency in warehouse management systems and procedures - Ability to negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement of parts - Understanding of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications and requirements for parts procurement - Detail-oriented mindset, with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Note:
