As we expand our clientele, we are looking for Customer Service Representatives who are team-oriented, passionate about building relationships, and eager to assist others.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients and customers with the goal of driving sales and customer enrollment.
Identify and resolve client issues and concerns, ensuring client satisfaction.
Utilize product knowledge to support sales efforts and facilitate new client acquisitions.
Provide clients with personalized purchasing experiences and excellent customer service.
Collaborate with the sales team to process orders and set installation dates.
Document client information and ensure accurate purchase orders for Senior Brand Relations Representatives.
Work with fellow Brand Relations Representatives and Sales team members to achieve sales targets.
Ideal Candidate:
High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or related fields preferred.
People-oriented, with a strong desire to build and nurture relationships.
Charismatic and personable, facilitating positive interactions with team members.
Results-driven and self-motivated, continually improving interpersonal skills.
Strong active listening skills and empathy towards client concerns.
Solution-oriented with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Note:
This position requires daily travel to our office in Covina.
Local candidates only (or relocating within 2 weeks of an offer).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
