Duties:
Coordination of applicant and new hire screenings and on-boarding appointments Assist with set-up and orientation of new employees Enter employee data and run reports in Paycom and other HR databases Maintain personnel files and records, keeping all departmental lists up to date Fill out HR-related paperwork for employees (DMH Systems Access enrollment/renewals, Employment Verification letters, PSLF forms, etc.
) General filing, faxing, scanning, copying Process manual checks for Payroll department, as needed Assist with Administration department (distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, transfer calls, etc.
), as needed Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
At least two (2) years Human Resources experience and a working knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures, including the ability to answer general Human Resources questions Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Possess effective written and oral communication skills Valid California Driver's License and current automobile insurance prior to start date Must have received both Covid-19 vaccination doses, as well as the first booster Job Type:
