The Admin/Shop Assistant position will be Mon-Fri, 5hrs a day.

$18-23 Hourly.

We are looking for a fast learner, reliable, and dependable.
Candidate must have knowledge with the following:
Microsoft systems, QuickBooks, emails, data entry, invoice handling, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Performs administrative duties which may include but are not limited to:
photocopying faxing filing Answering phones Maintain filing and storage systems Communication in person and over the telephone with vendors.
Performs other specific job-related duties as directed by Shop Manager.
